Citizens Advisory Committee
The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) consists of seven members who actively participate in helping review traffic solutions, providing input to YoloTD’s transportation studies, and communicating with their constituents. The Chair of the CAC is Lisa Baker, representing the City of Winters.
Responsibilities Includes:
- Serving as a liaison between the public and YoloTD
- Commenting on significant transportation issues and suggesting possible solutions
- Identifying opportunities for community input
- Recommending mechanisms and methodologies for obtaining a public opinion on specific transportation issues
