Fourth and Hope is a faith-based organization that provide a continuum of care for the hungry and homeless by moving them from the streets to stability in Woodland and Yolo County. Over the last year YoloTD has collaborated with the City of Woodland to improve transportation access to the Fourth & Hope East Beamer Campus.

On May 12, the Yolo Transportation District Board of Directors approved expanding the BeeLine service zone to include an industrial area of Woodland that includes Fourth and Hope.
