On Halloween, all riders can hop on board at no cost when they come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes.

*While we encourage everyone to embrace the Halloween spirit and wear costumes, it’s important to clarify that costume attire is not mandatory to enjoy the free rides on October 31, 2023. We welcome all passengers, whether in costume or not, to celebrate the holiday with us and experience the magic of a safe and memorable journey. Your choice!

Costume Guidelines for a Safe Ride
All Riders may dress in their favorite Halloween costume and must follow these and other guidelines:

• Family-Friendly Costumes: Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
• No Weapon Replicas: Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
• Avoid Sharp Objects: Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Rider or Driver.
• Avoid Dragging Costumes: Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground (e.g., full-length Princess dresses).
• Face Visibility: Headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face.
• Masks for Medical Purposes Only: Masks of any kind may not be worn, except for medical purposes.
