NOTICE: Because a quorum of the Yolo Transportation District Board of Directors may be present for the Route 42B bus ride, this special meeting notice is being published pursuant Government Code section 54956. The Board of Directors present will not formally convene as a body, nor will they take action during the trip.

2. Public Comment / Route 42B Bus Ride
YoloTD staff and others, including representatives of the new transit operator, MV, will board the Route 42B bus at the County Fair Mall Transit Center at 8:15 a.m., with a scheduled departure of 8:35 a.m., and ride the route, ending back at the County Fair Mall Transit Center, for the purpose of receiving comments from members of the public.
This is a moving meeting. Members of the public wishing to participate should meet at the County Fair Mall Transit Center, 1264 E. Gibson Road, Woodland, CA 95776, prior to the scheduled 8:35 a.m. departure, though opportunities will be available to join the ride on the regular Route 42B route.
Route 42B is an intercity loop going counter-clockwise, starting at County Fair Mall in Woodland, through Davis, West Sacramento, Downtown Sacramento, Sacramento International Airport, and ending back again at County Fair Mall in Woodland. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing Special Meeting Agenda was posted on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Yolo County Transportation District Office (350 Industrial Way, Woodland, California). Additionally, copies were transmitted electronically to the Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, and Winters City Halls, as well as to the Clerk of the Board for the County of Yolo.
